Choose a relevant catalog product as a starting point, or submit a clear reference brief through the RFQ form.

02What MENBRO offers

Products, customization and support for commercial furniture buyers.

01

Prepare an actionable brief

State the target product, use environment, destination market and estimated quantity. Add drawings, reference images or a written list of required changes where available.

  • Material and color requirements
  • Logo and private-label requirements
  • Packaging and labeling requirements
  • Dimensions or component preferences
  • Target delivery date and destination
02

Choose the right development route

OEM follows client drawings, samples or technical specifications. ODM adapts MENBRO's established product platforms through value engineering. Selected standard SKUs are available for low-MOQ trial or LCL sourcing when the required configuration is in the quick-ship program.

03

From engineering review to production

The project team reviews feasibility, issues specification and sign-off drawings, arranges samples or swatches, and locks the approved configuration through the Pre-Production Sign-off process before mass production.

04

Control changes after sign-off

Define which material, component, sub-supplier, tooling, process, document, packaging or firmware changes require notification. A proposed substitution should identify the affected model and version, risk and documentation plan, sample or first-article requirement, written decision, inventory disposition and traceable production cut-in before shipment.

05

Plan service parts by installed version

Convert the released production BOM into a service BOM that links replacement parts and kits to the installed model, version and production period. Define compatibility, initial quantity assumptions, packing and instructions, installation authorization, demand feedback and successor-part sign-off without assuming a universal warranty or availability period.

04Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

What should an office furniture OEM brief include?

Include the reference product or drawing, intended application, destination market, quantity, materials, colors, logo, packaging, component changes and target delivery date. Clear inputs reduce assumptions during feasibility review.

Which customization options does MENBRO support?

Supported options include laser-etched or applied branding, RAL/Pantone metal finishes, upholstery and tabletop materials, dimensions, chair mechanisms and armrests, desk motor and controller configurations, cable management, custom cartons, manuals and CKD/SKD packaging.

What are MENBRO's standard MOQ and sample terms?

Standard MOQ starts at 20 office chairs, 10 height-adjustable desks, or 2 lounge chairs or sofas. Standard samples are supplied without a sample charge and normally dispatch in 3–5 business days; customized samples normally take 7–14 business days and the fabrication fee is credited against a qualifying bulk order.

Can a buyer send reference files?

The current form records the project brief but does not upload files directly. Mention the available drawings or reference files in the message so the sales team can arrange a transfer method without risking a failed upload.
