This policy explains how MENBRO handles first-party website measurement and business enquiry information. It applies to this website and to information submitted through its contact and request-for-quote forms.
Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, MENBRO may receive your name, business email, company, country or region, phone or WhatsApp number, product references, quantity, target delivery date, OEM/ODM requirements and message. If you later provide drawings, CAD/3D files, specifications or other project files, those materials are treated as commercial enquiry information.
How information is used
Information is used only to evaluate project feasibility, prepare technical or commercial responses, arrange samples, process an order, coordinate export logistics and provide related after-sales support. MENBRO states that it does not sell, rent or transfer customer enquiry data, contact lists or proprietary project information to third-party marketing brokers or competing businesses.
Confidential drawings and NDA requests
Proprietary CAD, Revit, product-design, rendering and branding files should be shared only for the relevant enquiry. MENBRO can discuss a mutual or one-way non-disclosure agreement before sensitive files are sent. Do not submit confidential files through the public form unless the agreed transfer method is confirmed with the project contact.
First-party audience measurement
MENBRO automatically generates first-party visitor and session identifiers and stores them in browser local storage to measure page activity, traffic attribution and contact actions. These operational measurements do not load advertising tags or share browsing identifiers with advertising networks. Approximate location is derived server-side, and routine reports use a masked IP.
IP and enquiry records
For security, rate limiting and short-term visitor de-duplication, MENBRO processes IP information server-side. Full IP values are encrypted and retained for up to 30 days; routine reports show only a masked value. Raw visitor events are retained for the configured analytics period, while aggregated reports may be retained longer. Submitted enquiry details are held only for the enquiry, any resulting contractual relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Data security and retention
MENBRO restricts enquiry and analytics access to authorised personnel who need it for project, commercial or service support. You may request an update or deletion review by contacting MENBRO; legal, contractual or dispute-related retention requirements may apply.
