02How to start
Start with a product or reference design, then send the quantity, destination, materials, features and target delivery date. MENBRO's Project Sales and R&D teams can recommend a catalog, OEM or ODM route and explain samples, production, quality control and shipping.
03Common questions
Prepare the product type or model, intended application, estimated quantity, destination country, required standards or documents, customization needs and target delivery date. This gives the supplier enough context to confirm feasibility and commercial terms.
Standard MOQ starts at 20 office chairs, 10 height-adjustable desks, or 2 lounge chairs or sofas. Standard or repeat FCL production normally takes 20–25 days after deposit and technical sign-off; first-time or deeply customized OEM production normally takes 25–35 days.
Compare the exact model's materials, dimensions, mechanism, gas lift, armrests, headrest, base, casters, load requirement and applicable documentation. Do not transfer a specification from one chair to another without confirmation.
Confirm height range, frame dimensions, motor configuration, controller functions, speed, noise, load requirement, electrical standard, packaging and required market documentation for the selected model.
A catalog product starts from a published MENBRO model. An OEM/ODM enquiry adds requested changes or a new brief that requires feasibility review. Customization, MOQ, sampling, timing and documentation are confirmed after that review.
Ask for the current certificate or test document for the exact product or component, including its coverage, issuing body and validity. A claim on one model should not be treated as a company-wide certification.
Provide product references, quantities, floor plan or application context, delivery location, required date, packaging needs and any compliance or customization requirements. A project list or bill of quantities is especially useful when available.
Yes. Standard catalog samples are supplied without a sample charge, with freight paid by the buyer, and normally dispatch in 3–5 business days from available stock. Customized OEM/ODM samples normally take 7–14 business days; the sample fabrication fee is credited against a qualifying bulk order.
