How should a procurement team specify standing desk load capacity?

Start with the actual workstation load—not a generic rating. List the desktop and every mounted or stored item, identify where it sits, state whether the desk must raise and lower while loaded, then match those conditions to the selected columns, frame, motor/controller, sample and current document scope. Static capacity and dynamic lifting capacity should not be treated as interchangeable.

A published capacity needs a condition, a configuration and a file
